Fleet Feet Sports Track and Conditioning Camp
Our goal is to provide education, training, and conditioning for Jr High and High School level runners. Program will cover distance, jumps, hurdles, and sprinting track events.

Limit: 100 runners
Requirements: This program is for those starting 6th through 12th grade.
Date and Times: Program will take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am – 10:00am.. Program will start on June 13th and ends on June 24th
Location: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workouts will take place on the Folsom High School Track.
