Obstacle Course Race Training

Fleet Feet Folsom/Roseville and Anywhere Fit Folsom have partnered up to bring you a unique and exciting opportunity! Our obstacle training program consists of running, skill practice, and functional conditioning. This includes experience with wall climbs, rope climbs, spear throw, and much more. We will train you to run faster and successfully complete any obstacle.

Training Group Details

  • Training Dates: January 30th to March 24th, 2018
  • Fee: $199
  • Kick Off Night: Tuesday, January 23rd @ 6:00pm, Fleet Feet Folsom
  • First coached workout:  Tuesday, January 30th
  • This program consists of 3 coached workouts per week:
    • Tues/Thurs, 6pm @ Crossfit Anywhere
    • Saturday, 8am @ Crossfit Anywhere 
  • Goal: To get fitter/stronger/faster for the Spartan Super or Sprint in San Jose (March 24th / 25th), the Sacramento Tough Mudder Full or Half (March 24th) or any other race of your choosing
    NOTE: Registration for the race is not included in program fee and must be done separately

Training Group Participants Receive

  • Experienced coaches to prepare you for the mental and physical challenges of an obstacle course race
  • Obstacle specific training, including rope climbs, wall climbs, spear throwing, stone carries, monkey bars, and more
  • Access to the 2016 KCRA A-List Best Crossfit Gym in Sacramento
  • E-mail support from coaching staff 

Suggested Activity Level Prior to the Start of Training

  • Run/Walk 30 minutes, 3 times a week
  • Lift 20 lbs
  • Medical clearance strongly recommended, especially if you have previous or current injuries/conditions 

For those 18 years or older (age 14-17 with parent participation)
There are no exchanges, refunds, or transfers at any time
