Interested in running your first ultra? Our four part seminar series will help guide you through the training and help shorten the ultra learning curve. A free and detailed 16 week program including weekly coaches emails will be provided and thoroughly explained. Our coaching staff will be available for questions and any discussions regarding your training and needs. The goal is to help you run your first 50K and/or 50 miler with success and be a reliable resource for your ultra training and racing needs and goals!
- January 10th, Wednesday @ 6:30PM - our nutrition expert, USATF/RRCA coach and elite ultra runner Amy Phillips will explain nutritional needs for running longer distances. As we travel farther, we need to carry more, so our accessory buyer will explain packs and the pros/cons of each. This is our most popular seminar and it will fill, please RSVP. Our presenters will also discuss packs, how we pack and why we chose the models/brands we use.
- February TBD @ 6:30PM --we will go over in detail the Way Too Cool 50K, Salmon Falls, MUC50K, Canyons 50K, AR25/50 course and explain the key sections and help you create a race day strategy as well as answer any questions about the race, parking and anything else that you need about having a fun day on the trail.
